Rate is $30 an hour plus the cost of parts and devices. This is negotiable for low income clients.

This is a very rough estimate of my prices. The pricing is based on complexity. A simple chibi will be as little as $10 and a character with 3D assets such as armour, glowing weapons and textures like tattoos and scars will be $350. 3D model commission table coming soon.
